When I was a child I was incredibly shy. As an only child I often had no reason to talk or no one to talk to. So I learned to be quiet. I learned to listen. I learned to observe. Years of working in various industries requiring me to be social, led to an education in conversation. So I’m not so shy now. But I’m still quiet and I still observe.
